Alison says that it's my turn to post on our blog. We made some chicken stuff for dinner that we'd like to post about because it's so good. We also have a good honey mustard sauce recipe that we like.
All you do is cut up the chicken in whatever shape you want and then put the chicken pieces in butter and the special seasonings and bake them at 375 until they are done(about 20-30 mins). The special seasonings is 1 cup bread crumbs, 1/4 cup fresh grated parmasan cheese, 2Tbsp parsley flakes, 1 tsp salt, 1/8tsp pepper, 1/8 tsp garlic salt, 1 tsp seasoning salt. The honey mustard is 1/2 cup mayonaise, 1/4 cup mustard, 2 Tbsp sugar, 2 Tbsp honey. It's really good, so you should try it.
Doesn't that seasoning look way good? The chicken pieces are like wowie zowie chicken nuggets because of the seasonings, and it's fast to make. "Pimp Shiz" nuggets is kind of an inside joke between me and a couple friends that simply means totally awesome.
Luckily for all y'alls, I don't own a dirtbike right now, so I can't blog about my dirtbiking adventures yet. I still have my mom's around so I can ride it soon when it thaws out enough.
School is really busy and I really should be doing homework right now, but cooking with Alison is a better use of time on FHE night. I'm too hungry to think right now too because the food is still in the oven and I can smell it.
8 more weeks of school left:) I need to find a job, but I haven't heard from anybody that I have applied to yet. I'll have to keep at it. I don't want to end up flipping burgers at mickey D's if I can help it.
