Towards the end of october we got our watermelons from our garden. They were a little small, kind of like the seedless watermelons you can get from the store, but ours had seeds. They tasted good, but they were similar to the store bought watermelons. The only difference in taste we could find was that all of the red flesh tasted really good to the edge of the rind, instead of just towards the middle. 
We also carved pumpkins with Amy and Mike on the 30th. So here are our finished pumpkins, and our front door decorations. Unfortunately we only got our next door neighbors to come trick-or-treating, sigh... We saw lots of other people on the opposite side of the street, but I don't think they came to our side because we live in a different ward and the street we live on is kinda busy street.
