A couple of side notes:
1 - A few days ago I looked up my camera on cannon.com and found out that there was a problem with some of the types of camera I had. If it had a certain spring sticking up it made the batteries die really quickly and wouldn't work very well. Well, I thought, my camera is like that and so I went home to find it. When I got home it didn't have the sticking up spring and I was kinda sad because I really want to take pictures. So I decided to turn it on and just make sure it still wasn't working, then call cannon support. Guess what? It's been working great since I turned it on. I have no idea what would make it do that or that it is now working, but I'm grateful all the same. The only thing I can think of is that it had some weird charge in it that wouldn't dissipate and it took a few months to clear up.
2 - My haircut. I have wanted to have shorter hair for a while now, but everytime I go they cut it too long (only trimming really), so this time I decided to say an inch or two below my chin. First off, I got nervous when she started cutting right at the back of my neck.. that's not measuring to me chin is it? My hair also had been up that day so it was kinda wavy and when I got home (my hair chin length) and washed it I could see that it was really uneven. So anyways, I cut off a few of the worst bits and then just decided that it'll grow fast enough and that when it does its natural curl no one can tell anyway.
3 - Ryan and I found out how much grant money we'll be getting this year for school. Ryan will be getting 3,800 in pell grants and I'll be getting 3,800 pell grant, 4,000 smart grant, and 2,200 half-tuition scholarship. Unfortunately I have to go and ask about the smart grant because they may take it away. According to last year's requirements I qualify, but the federal government is changing some of the requirements and I think I have 5-10 credit hours too many to qualify. I haven't really taken that many classes, but they're now counting credit hours from AP's and so I get an extra 40 or so that I don't really need. Anyways, my school is totall paid for and Ryan's is only going to be about 300 dollars a semester so I'm really grateful for that! Now I just have to find an easy 2.0credit class...
