Camping Trip at Willard Bay

Over Pioneer day we went camping with my sister Christina because Ryan got the day off.  It was lots of fun, and the water was absolutely perfect for swimming in that first evening.  Matthew had lots of fun in the water and actually slept pretty well (only up twice during the night), so it made it much more restful for the rest of us!  We went canoeing and kayaking the next morning because Christina had never been, but Matthew didn't like it that much, so he got passed around from boat to boat.

That's us to the left of the boat...  It didn't get deep very quickly so we still were only about 3.5 feet deep out there.  Matthew was giggling and squealing the whole time and he loved trying to walk through waist deep water.

Our campsite and our new tent that can fit 3 queen beds in it.. without other stuff.

He wanted the fire so badly.  We had to watch him really carefully or he would try and walk to the pit from the chairs.

Daddy's bed, Mommy's bed, Matthew's bed and corral.  When he woke up in the morning he was sideways between the tent and the top of my pillow.  No idea how he wedged himself up there, but he did!

Matthew only wanted Mommy in the kayak.. it made rowing difficult (especially when he wanted to touch the water), but I did it with him between my legs just like that!

This dirt/sand didn't taste as good as others.
